About
The market stalls include bread from Honey’s Bakery in Horrabridge, locally-raised meat from Meat Dartmoor at Postbridge, vegetables, honey, handmade greeting cards, jewellery and other handicrafts, seasonal plants, and bird seed.
The coffee shop is organised on a rota system by teams of volunteers who make delicious cakes and serve these with a choice of tea or coffee at café-style tables.
Raffles are also a regular weekly feature. Most of these are run in aid of hall funds but, once a month, local charities may apply to operate the raffle for their own cause.

Blooming Idiots
Throughout the year
The allotments are situated at the far side of the field on a site rented from the hall by The Blooming Idiots allotment association. These were set up in early 2023 and are proving highly productive. Individual plot-holders are using a variety of gardening styles including raised beds, and the association is aiming to adopt wildlife-friendly methods.
